He was the only one listening to what I wanted, where my interest was, and honored all commitments. After having visited numerous dealerships and other companies in the Dallas metroplex with large Harley inventories I came straight to see Kerry. The day finally came where I was ready to pull the trigger. I appreciated Kerry's commitment and follow up. Every now and then I would receive an email describing a new bike that came in along with a picture. I found occasional emails from Kerry sharing with me a new bike that came in that I might be interested in. Leaving without a bike Kerry mentioned that he would let me know if something ame in I might be interested in. I was even taken to the back to look at bikes that had not found a place on the showroom or had not been made ready for display. Initially working within a budget Kerry took me throughout the store looking at bikes in my price range, identifying their characteristics and any accessories. Kerry was very patient asking me about my skill level, past bikes, type of riding I anticipated in an effort to help me narrow down my choices. I also mentioned I was still a month or two away from a purchase. I started working with Kerry in November of 2014 however was all over the place regarding what model to purchase.
